NorthShore Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our established outpatient practice in Skokie, Illinois. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Communicate effectively with referring providers and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients regarding home exercise programs and injury prevention. Qualifications Current Illinois Physical Therapist license (required). Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualifying PT degree. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
