Full-Time Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time rehabilitation opportunity in Bloomington, Indiana. You will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, medical, and functional conditions with the goal of improving mobility, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive PT evaluations Develop and implement individualized plans of care Provide gait, balance, strengthening, mobility, transfer, and endurance training Recommend and train patients on assistive devices Track progress and adjust treatment plans appropriately Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and other care-team members Provide patient and family education Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Indiana PT license or ability to obtain Rehabilitation/SNF/post-acute experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply

$45
