Part-Time or PRN River Terrace Retirement Community is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Bluffton, IN. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys providing personalized, patient-centered care while helping residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall quality of life.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide evidence-based, patient-centered therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Monitor resident progress, update goals, and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive rehabilitation outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and strategies that support continued progress and independence

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Indiana Current BLS certification Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams
