Your Role & Caseload Setting:

Dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic.

Population:

General caseload of all ages (optional Women's Health specialty available).

Volume:

Full-time PTs typically treat 50 patients per week (direct 1:1 care).

Locations:

We have four convenient locations across Fort Wayne (North, Northeast, South, and Southwest).

Qualifications Education:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure:

Active (or eligible for) Indiana State PT License.

Experience:

Prior outpatient ortho experience preferred, but New Grads are encouraged to apply!
