Key Qualifications and Experience:

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana Previous experience in a school-based role preferred, but not required Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy and educational team dynamics Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and support team members Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs Comfortable documenting progress and adapting interventions as needed

Role Overview and Responsibilities:
