Physical Therapist (PT) | PRN | Outpatient | 2117 Rocky Dr, Paris, KY 40361 Join H2 Health as a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) in Paris, Kentucky. This as-needed opportunity is a great fit for clinicians looking for flexibility while staying connected to a collaborative outpatient team. New graduates are welcome to apply. At H2 Health - Paris, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population across orthopedic and sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, work-related injuries, and other mobility and functional needs.

Your Role:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual interventions, and functional training Help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and return to activity Educate patients on movement, recovery, and home exercise programs Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver coordinated care

Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure CPR certification, if applicable Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to patient-centered care
