Knowledge of cGMP requirements for product handling, storage, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution. Ability to operate production scales and perform basic verification and calibration activities. Preferred Skills Experience with chemical filling or bulk product packaging. Experience operating heat sealing equipment. Experience with pumps, crushers, auger filling units, autoclaves, vibrating fillers, and induction sealing equipment. Experience using portable exhaust or ventilation equipment. Experience packaging finished products for shipment. Experience maintaining production documentation and batch records. Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments. Job Responsibilities Weigh and fill chemicals or bulk products according to production work orders. Operate production scales and complete required verifications and calibrations. Set up, operate, clean, and maintain production equipment. Operate heat sealers, pumps, crushers, auger fillers, autoclaves, vibrating fillers, induction sealing equipment, and related production systems. Package finished products for shipment, including boxing and labeling. Handle hazardous materials using required personal protective equipment and safety procedures. Follow cGMP requirements for product handling, storage, packaging, manufacturing, and distribution. Complete production documentation and verify records for accuracy. Maintain required production quality and output standards. Clean and maintain workstations and production areas after filling operations. Move partial or leftover product containers to designated storage areas. Secure production and warehouse areas in accordance with established access procedures. Shut down production equipment when not in use. Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
