Strong patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team. Availability for the day-shift schedule throughout the 13-week assignment. About the Physical Therapist Role Crown Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist with lymphedema certification for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Somerset, KY. This opportunity offers $54.75/hour, 32 guaranteed hours per week, and a daytime schedule with no weekends. The patient population includes individuals with lymphedema, orthopedic conditions, and neurological conditions. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide lymphedema treatment within your training and credentials. Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and independence. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, self-management, and ongoing care. Document evaluations, treatments, patient progress, and discharge planning. Collaborate with rehabilitation professionals and the interdisciplinary care team.
