If you're looking for an outpatient setting where you can build meaningful relationships with your patients while working alongside experienced clinicians, we'd love to hear from you. Epic Physical Therapy is a locally owned, therapist-owned practice with locations throughout the Greater New Orleans area. Our clinics treat a diverse patient population with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports, and neurological conditions. We believe physical therapy works best when therapists have the time and support to provide individualized care. Our therapists work closely with their patients from the initial evaluation through discharge, developing treatment plans that are tailored to each person's goals and lifestyle. Position Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide skilled therapeutic interventions and hands-on treatment Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate Educate patients regarding their condition, exercises, and strategies for long-term recovery Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate as an active member of a collaborative clinical team Help patients return to work, sports, hobbies, and the activities that matter most to them What We're Looking For Current Louisiana Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills A patient-centered approach to treatment Ability to work effectively with PTAs and other members of the healthcare team New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply What Epic Offers One-on-one patient care Therapist-owned and operated practice Supportive clinical environment Mentorship and opportunities for professional development Continuing education opportunities Opportunities to develop clinical specialties Flexible scheduling A team that values collaboration and communication Multiple clinic locations throughout the area At Epic, our goal is to help patients move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love.
