Physical Therapy Specialist Maplewood Rehab and Nursing is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Specialist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and goals Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote optimal function and independence Provide treatment sessions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, as needed Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (B.S.) or related field Experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment Current physical therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting a culture of excellence
