Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Here's your opportunity to make a positive impact supporting students and staff as a valued Physical Therapist in a vibrant school-based setting. This full-time contract position, running from August 24, 2026, to June 16, 2027, offers you the chance to work closely with a manageable caseload of 7-9 students each week, ensuring personalized care and meaningful progress. As a key member of a supportive education team, you'll have the chance to collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to help students reach their physical growth milestones. Enjoy a regular schedule of 30-35 hours per week and the rewards of watching students flourish under your guidance. What you'll bring: Valid Physical Therapist license Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred Strong ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans Commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary teamwork Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational skills for managing documentation and therapy schedules Your responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and create customized treatment plans to support students' physical development Provide direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings Educate students, families, and staff on best practices for physical health and mobility support Maintain accurate records of student progress and compliance Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with teachers and families Adapt interventions to fit the specific needs of each child on your caseload Make a difference in the lives of students while furthering your professional development in an enriching school environment.
