Key Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts (MA) Physical Therapist license required Previous pediatric or school-based PT experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with teachers, families, and other professionals Ability to assess, plan, and deliver effective therapy interventions for elementary-aged children Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for students with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct physical therapy services to elementary students according to their IEP goals Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt the classroom environment and activities Evaluate student progress and maintain thorough documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Educate families and school personnel on strategies to support student mobility and access Help develop and implement safe, effective interventions and accommodations throughout the school day
