Job Description
Join a dynamic Sports Medicine and Performance team dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals recover, rebuild strength, and safely return to the activities they love. Emerson Health is seeking a Sports Physical Therapist who is passionate about working with youth and adult athletes , orthopedic patients, and active individuals. In this role, you will evaluate and treat sports injuries, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and guide patients through strength training and return-to-play progression programs . Working within a collaborative environment, you will partner closely with physicians, athletic trainers, strength coaches, and rehabilitation specialists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working with athletic populations, sports injuries, and performance-based rehabilitation . What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders
- Develop individualized rehabilitation and return-to-play programs
- Provide care to youth and adult athletes as well as general orthopedic patients
- Collaborate with coaches, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning professionals, and physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize recovery and performance
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and safe return to sport
