Then train them. One person at a time, no double booking, no notes taken home. This is a PT role split between two things most clinics make you choose between: 1:1 golf and sports rehab , and 1:1 performance coaching . You take a golfer or athlete from pain to performance yourself, instead of discharging them the moment they're "good enough." Every session is one person, a full 60 minutes. You'll see about 35 sessions a week instead of 55 to 70+, and because part of your week is performance coaching, you spend less of it on documentation and more of it on the floor. What you'll do Evaluate and treat golfers, athletes, and active adults with orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions Deliver 1:1, 60-minute sessions, about 35 visits a week once your schedule is full
Perform Golf Performance Assessments:
TPI screening, mobility, strength, speed, and power testing, swing video and launch monitor review Build and progress individualized rehab and performance programs Work closely with our golf performance coaches to move patients from rehab into performance training Explain findings clearly and recommend the right plan of care for each patient's goals Contribute program ideas, team education, and ways to improve the patient experience Interested in coaching too?
