Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding position delivering Physical Therapy services to students in a school-based setting near Framingham, MA. Your expertise will help support students' success and growth as you collaborate with educators and families in a dynamic environment.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Current licensure and credentials to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Familiarity with writing reports and developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families Strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage paperwork and caseload
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative Physical Therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs Evaluate student needs, develop intervention plans, and document progress clearly Write comprehensive reports outlining assessment findings, service delivery, and recommendations Develop and monitor measurable IEP goals tailored to individual student needs Participate in IEP meetings, supporting the multidisciplinary team approach Maintain accurate and timely records compliant with all state and district requirements This position offers the benefits of a consistent one-day-a-week schedule, giving you freedom to balance other commitments.
