What You'll Do:
Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs. Administer therapies such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices. Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly while maintaining accurate documentation. Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families to support optimal recovery outcomes. Support supervising and mentoring rehabilitation aides and assistants. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards, including documentation and treatment minutes. Participate in facility meetings, trainings, and ongoing education sessions.
What You Need:
