Responsibilities:

? Operate and monitor Window Patching equipment to ensure quality and production standards are met. ? Set up machinery according to job specifications and production requirements. ? Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues. ? Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process. ? Review and follow work orders, production schedules, and job specifications. ? Accurately complete production and quality documentation. ? Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. ? Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily goals. ? Assist with preventative maintenance and machine changeovers as needed.

Qualifications:

? Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment required. ? Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. ? Ability to read and interpret work orders and production specifications. ? Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Strong organizational and time management skills. ? Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
