In this role, you'll work one day per week (7.5 hours), bringing your expertise to support students' physical development and overall well-being. Your insight will help shape individualized programs that transform students' educational journeys.
What We're Looking For:
Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students Strong skills in report writing and documentation Familiarity with IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals and progress tracking Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of students' physical therapy needs Develop and implement individualized PT interventions aligned with IEP goals Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records and reports Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input Support a positive and inclusive school environment Enjoy the flexibility to dedicate your expertise just one day a week while making a meaningful difference.
