Our team is committed to innovation, collaboration, and service excellence. Job Overview APTSR is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) who values patient-centred care. Reporting to the Clinic Director, you will develop individualized treatment plans, guide patients through recovery, and contribute to a supportive, team-focused clinic environment. Key Responsibilities Create effective treatment plans for orthopedic, neuromuscular, and musculoskeletal conditions Provide one-on-one care to improve function, reduce pain, and prevent disability Motivate and support patients throughout their recovery Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and billing (AI tools available to assist) Work collaboratively with APTSR's Physical Therapy Assistants and interdisciplinary healthcare team Participate in team meetings, professional development, and mentorship activities Qualifications Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy; current MA PT License Medicare and MassHealth credentials preferred Experience in orthopedics, adult rehab, or geriatrics strongly preferred Strong communication skills and clinical judgment Ability to perform physical job duties safely Spanish bilingualism is an asset
Job Details Status:
Full-time, Permanent Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Compensation:
$80,000-$95,000 annually, with performance bonuses
