Healthy At Home Physical Therapy is growing and looking to add a new PT to the team! Healthy At Home is a small mobile PT company servicing patients in their homes. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate therapist who is looking for some flexibility in their role. This is a per diem/part time role with a goal/expectation of 10-25 visits per week. We are looking for....
- At least 5 years of experience as a PT
- Experience in homecare and or outpatient
- Experience with geriatrics, ortho, neuro.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage day to day Independently.
