Key Qualifications:

Valid and current PT license in Massachusetts (PT MA credential required) Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and staff Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for all students

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy services to elementary-aged students (K-4), focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and participation in daily school activities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals Educate staff and families about strategies to support students physical development and integration Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed This contract position begins as soon as possible and runs through January 2027.
