Overview:

At P appas OPT in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, a member of the Confluent Health Family, physical therapists practice in an environment built for high quality care, professional growth, and sustainable careers. In this role, you'll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards. Responsibilities:
Reviewing patients' medical history Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Compensation:
$80,000-$105,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
