EXCEL We're looking for a Physical Therapist to join our busy, patient-centered outpatient ortho clinic in Woburn. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned clinician, you'll thrive in a collaborative, upbeat environment where mentorship and autonomy go hand-in-hand. Part of the Boston Magazine's Top Docs network (2025) Stable, growing orthopedic group with strong referral base Supportive team of PTs, surgeons, and admins Dedicated onboarding and mentorship Positive, no-drama work environment What you will be doing Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions (spine, joints, post-op) Create customized treatment plans focused on functional recovery Educate patients on recovery expectations and home exercises Collaborate with providers and fellow therapists Maintain compliant, accurate documentation (EMR) Requirements DPT and Massachusetts PT license 1-2+ years' outpatient ortho or sports rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome) Strong interpersonal and team skills Ability to manage a full caseload while keeping patients engaged Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, Dental, Vision, PTO 401(k) with company match Profit sharing + Extra week of salary in November Short-Term Disability, Life Insurance
