Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Massachusetts state license/certification in Physical Therapy (credentials required) Previous experience in a school-based setting (mandatory) Familiarity with early childhood and elementary populations Ability to participate in the CORI background check and fingerprinting process Strong communication skills and collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy services to preschool and some elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions that support students motor development, functional mobility, and participation in school routines Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom and home environments Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school district and state standards Attend/contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning sessions
