Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN Autumn Lake at Chesapeake Woods | Cambridge, MD $55-$60/hour | PRN We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN position at Autumn Lake at Chesapeake Woods. Join a supportive rehabilitation setting where you can provide individualized therapy focused on improving residents' strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence. What You'll Do Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Provide skilled interventions for strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility Establish functional goals and track resident progress Adjust treatment plans according to clinical needs and response to therapy Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $55-$60/hour Flexible PRN schedule Collaborative rehabilitation team Short-term and long-term rehabilitation caseload Supportive clinical environment Opportunity to help residents work toward greater independence Qualifications Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply If you're a PT seeking a flexible PRN opportunity in Cambridge, we would love to hear from you.
