Qualifications & Experience:

Valid and current Physical Therapist license Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations highly desirable Expertise in school-based PT assessment, intervention planning, and documentation Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt therapy approaches for individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations and develop goals aligned with students' IEPs Design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans for students with diverse needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, including teachers and other therapists Maintain precise and timely records as required by school and state regulations Educate staff and families about physical therapy strategies to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and relevant staff trainings
