Details Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 40 hours per week Uses InSync EMR Requirements Active PT license required (compact license accepted to start, full state license required during assignment) License required if applicable Experience in the specific care setting required 1 professional reference required SSN required for consideration Additional Information Equipment details provided during interview Parking and dress code information provided on first day Lunch break is automatically deducted if clinician does not clock out Holiday weeks require 32 guaranteed worked hours Candidates with prior PRN or permanent employment at this facility within the last year are not eligible for rehire until one year of separation has passed Candidates with any prior travel assignment history at this facility must confirm rehire eligibility before consideration
