Job Description

Perm Physical Therapist Permanent Physical TherapistWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitative care to patients with physical impairments, injuries, or mobility limitations. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
  • Document patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Previous outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation experience preferred Pay Rate $40.
