Job Description
Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist (PT)We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized rehabilitation services to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility, and functional training.
- Perform manual therapy and other appropriate treatment techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
- Document treatments and patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Promote patient safety and functional independence.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, patient assessment, and therapeutic techniques.
- Previous inpatient, outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
