Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our collaborative outpatient care team. You'll help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through customized treatment plans and hands-on therapy. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patient function and limitations Develop and implement individualized care plans with clear, achievable goals Provide evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise Track progress, update plans, and adjust treatments as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinic policies Participate in effective discharge planning What We're Looking For Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active or eligible state licensure as a Physical Therapist Strong clinical foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic practices Experience in orthopedics or outpatient care is a plus, but not required Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care Why Join Us?
