Physical Therapist

Physical TherapistWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with physical limitations, injuries, and movement disorders. The Physical Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, range of motion, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, gait training, and functional activities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.
• Recommend appropriate assistive devices and mobility techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and professional practice standards.

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
  
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and patient care.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.

Pay Rate

$66.37 - $71.24/hour
