Schedule:
Flexible based on therapist availability E-Therapy, powered by Edustaff, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 0.8 FTE school-based position serving students and families in the Allegan and Fennville, Michigan area . This position offers a nice mix of Early On and K-12 services , along with flexibility in scheduling based on the therapist's availability. The PT will collaborate closely with families, school teams, and other related service providers to help students access and participate successfully in their educational environments. Position Highlights 0.8 FTE position Flexible scheduling based on therapist availability Serve students across Early On and K-12 programs Work with students and families throughout the Allegan and Fennville service area Collaborative, multidisciplinary school-based environment Opportunity to support students across a variety of ages and developmental needs Responsibilities Provide school-based physical therapy services to eligible students Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' functional needs Develop and implement individualized goals and treatment plans Support mobility, positioning, gross motor development, accessibility, and participation within the school environment Provide services and support to children and families participating in Early On Participate in
IEP/IFSP
meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other related service providers Recommend adaptive equipment, accommodations, and strategies as appropriate Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Michigan Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain School-based, pediatric, or early intervention experience preferred Experience with IEPs and/or IFSPs preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Comfortable working with students across a wide range of ages and abilities Join Our Team If you're a Physical Therapist looking for a flexible school-based opportunity in the Allegan/Fennville area , we'd love to connect!
