Role:
On-call Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans Implement interventions and document progress using EMR systems Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across neurorehabilitation and behavioral health services Provide education to patients and families Ensure safe, goal-oriented care
