Position Summary Excellent Care Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, committed to professional growth, and eager to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through individualized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy services focused on: Orthopedic rehabilitation Post-surgical rehabilitation Balance and fall prevention Strength and conditioning Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. Accurately and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress using our EMR system in a timely manner. Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education programs, and outreach activities. Collaborate closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, including Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, rehabilitation technicians, and administrative staff. Qualifications Required Current Michigan Physical Therapist License. Experience in manual therapy. Preferred Experience or strong interest in outpatient orthopedics. Experience with post-surgical rehabilitation. Knowledge of fall prevention programs and balance training. Experience with strength and conditioning principles. Skills & Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to patient-centered care. Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.
