Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy services focused on: Orthopedic rehabilitation Post-surgical rehabilitation Balance and fall prevention Strength and conditioning Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. Accurately and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress using our EMR system in a timely manner.
