Pay and schedule for
Physical Therapists:
Salary range$80,000â$120,000, plus weekly bonuses you control with your caseloadMileage reimbursementWeekly payPaid vacationMondayâFriday home visits (tell us if you want PRN instead)Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):the company contributes shares for you at no cost.Eligible after 1 year and 1,000 hours.
The work you'll do as a
Physical Therapist:
Typical caseload is one-to-one home visits across Kalamazoo and nearby communities (Portage, Oshtemo, Comstock, and surrounding towns)Evaluate, treat, and progress patients after joint replacement, illness, fall, stroke, or deconditioningBuild the plan of care with nursing, OT, and SLPEducate the patient and family so the plan actually gets done between visitsDocument in the EMR the same dayYou are not double-booked.You are not stuck in a gym bay.
You do need a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
