Deliver evidence-based treatment using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education. Treat patients across all functional levels—from sedentary individuals to recreational and competitive athletes. Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation. Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and care team members to optimize outcomes. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support clinic operations, including patient flow and quality improvement.

Requirements:

Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or eligible for licensure in Michigan Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong understanding of outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation Excellent communication and patient education skills Ability to treat a wide range of ages and activity levels Commitment to evidence-based care and continued professional development CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
