Advance Physical Therapy in Hannibal is seeking a Full Time/Part Time Outpatient Physical Therapist for our Canton, MO location.

Key Responsibilities Patient Evaluations:

Review medical histories, perform physical assessments, and create custom care plans.

Direct Treatment:

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and physical modalities.

Progress Tracking:

Monitor recovery and update treatment goals in electronic medical records.

Patient Education:

Teach home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications Education:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Licensure:

Active state physical therapy license.

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
