Job Description

Overview Three Rivers Physical Therapy is expanding. Rare opportunity to join our skilled therapy team. Ideal candidate will have experience in pelvic floor rehab, ortho rehab and/or lymphedema management skills. In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized care plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore function across diverse patient populations. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions using physiology and anatomy knowledge to identify impairments and functional limitations Develop and execute tailored care plans incorporating evidence-based physical therapy techniques Assist patients across various settings including inpatient, outpatient, pediatrics, and geriatrics to achieve optimal recovery outcomes Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document assessments, treatment progress, and care plans accurately and efficiently Provide patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance strategies Collaborate with healthcare professionals to adjust treatment protocols based on patient response and evolving needs Skills Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practice Skilled in designing effective care plans that address diverse patient needs including orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and sports injuries Proficient in EMR systems for documentation and patient management Knowledge of discharge planning procedures and transition of care processes Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to support recovery journeys Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a difference!
