About Us 33 Health is a therapist-owned outpatient therapy company that partners directly with Independent Living communities to provide on-site therapy services. Because we are owned and led by therapists, we understand the challenges of the profession and make it a priority to create a supportive environment where clinicians feel valued, heard, and respected.
Our mission is simple:
keep residents as independent as possible so they can confidently age in place. About the Role We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about patient care and enjoys building meaningful relationships with older adults. In this role, you'll provide outpatient therapy services to residents within one Independent Living Community, helping them maintain strength, mobility, balance, and confidence so they can remain independent.
