Compensation Salary:

$72,000•$90,000 annually Compensation is based on a combination of: Experience, Clinical skills, Pelvic Health education, Certifications, Overall qualifications Candidates with limited Pelvic Health experience who meet the educational requirements can expect compensation toward the lower end of the salary range. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions using evidence-based treatment techniques. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and improving quality of life. Build and manage a full pelvic health caseload. Provide patient education regarding pelvic floor health and wellness. Address orthopedic conditions associated with pelvic health presentations when appropriate. Collaborate with experienced pelvic health clinicians for ongoing learning and case consultation. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Benefits 401(k) 401(k) employer match Retirement plan Profit-sharing bonus opportunities Paid Time Off Health Savings Account (HSA) Annual Continuing Education allowance of $2,250 Relocation assistance up to $5,000 Flexible benefits package Qualifications Required Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) Active North Carolina license (or eligible to obtain at least 60 days before start date) Minimum 1.5-2 years of Pelvic Health experience with the ability to independently manage a full caseload Completion of either: Herman & Wallace Level 1, 2A, and 2B coursework, or Equivalent Pelvic Health training through APTA or another recognized program Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities Lymphedema Candidates (if applicable) Candidates interested in treating Lymphedema patients should also possess: Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) or equivalent certification Advanced manual lymphatic drainage and treatment experience Preferred Pelvic Health certification (not required) Advanced pelvic health coursework Experience managing a diverse pelvic health caseload independently Interest in specialty areas such as: Pregnancy/Postpartum, Pelvic Pain, Strength & Conditioning & Women's Health Not Eligible Candidates transitioning from general orthopedic practice without Pelvic Health clinical experience.
