As a Pelvic Health therapist, you will have access to a private treatment room, biofeedback machines, high low table, pelvic models for educational use, as well as access to an open gym concept if needed to teach a strengthening program. Treatment sessions are 1-on-1 for 60 minutes for both Evaluations and Follow-Up treatments. There are additional Pelvic Health Specialists on staff available to bounce ideas off of and educate each other on new ideas and treatment techniques. Additionally, access to direct conversation with the marketer helps the therapist integrate into the program and grow in your specific interest areas (ie. Pre/postpartum, pediatrics, pelvic pain, and CrossFit/strength training). We want you to succeed here, doing what you love! Cornerstone Physical Therapy is proud to accept most major insurances as well as offer extremely competitive Self-Pay rates with interest free payment plans. We firmly believe that all members of our community should have access to not only care, but high-quality, personalized care by Therapists who are widely skilled and value the health of their patients. Patients are scheduled every hour for our Lymphedema and Pelvic Health patients, allowing for in-depth, personalized 1-1 care. Benefits for full-time include PTO, sick and Con-ed day accrual, Retirement plan with company match and profit-sharing bonuses. Also, continuing education is a value of Cornerstone Physical Therapy, with each full-time therapist allocated $2250/ yr to attend courses in order to continue to grow and learn within the field. There is also an option to reduce the overall benefits package and increase the annual salary to increase take home pay.
Schedule:
Monday 8:15a-6p; Tuesday 1:15p to 6:15p; Wednesday 8:45a-6:30p; Thursday 8a-5:45p; Friday 8a-4:45p Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 available.
