Dunn Physical Therapy Partners is looking for an Orthopedic Physica l Therapist as well as a Pelvic Floor Specialist with lymphedema experience . Both full time and part time therapist are encouraged to apply. We are an independent, 100% physical therapist-owned practice committed to providing exceptional care without sacrificing the time therapists need to properly evaluate, treat, and connect with their patients. 45-Minute Appointments. No Double Booking. At Dunn Physical Therapy Partners, we believe excellent outcomes start with giving therapists the time and autonomy to practice physical therapy the way it should be practiced. Our therapists treat patients in 45-minute appointment slots with no double booking , allowing you to focus on one patient at a time without constantly moving between treatment tables or managing multiple patients simultaneously. Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist with Dunn Physical Therapy Partners, you will: Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and identify patients' functional limitations, goals, and individual needs Develop individualized plans of care using evidence-based treatment strategies Incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance, coordination, and functional training Help patients restore mobility, strength, function, and confidence Educate patients regarding their condition, recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness Develop individualized home exercise and wellness programs Provide alternatives to unnecessary medication use and surgery when conservative management is appropriate Continually evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify interventions based on patient response Communicate patient progress with physicians and other healthcare professionals when appropriate Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Motivate and educate patients to help them achieve their highest possible level of function Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional clinic environment Qualifications We are looking for a Physical Therapist who values clinical excellence, individualized care, and professional growth.
Required:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited physical therapy degree Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for North Carolina licensure Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, dependable, and patient-centered approach Commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional development Ability to effectively work with patients with a variety of diagnoses, backgrounds, and personalities Preferred, but not required: Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience Strong orthopedic clinical reasoning skills Manual therapy experience or interest in developing advanced manual therapy skills Three or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience is valued; however, new graduates with a strong desire to learn and develop their orthopedic skills are encouraged to apply Why Dunn Physical Therapy Partners?
