Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including assessing mobility, strength, flexibility, and functional abilities Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and best practices in physiotherapy Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to facilitate recovery Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals—including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists—to coordinate patient care and discharge planning Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation in compliance with clinical standards and legal requirements Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, home exercises, and community resources to support ongoing rehabilitation Assist in outpatient clinic operations or inpatient hospital settings by managing treatment sessions efficiently and ensuring quality patient care Experience Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics, hospitals, or inpatient settings with a focus on acute care or rehabilitation services Demonstrated expertise working with diverse populations such as geriatrics, pediatrics, neurology patients, or those requiring home health services Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation center procedures and outpatient clinic experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques including trigger point therapy Experience managing electronic health records (EHR) systems or electronic medical records (EMR) systems with attention to detail in documentation standards Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes Prior involvement in discharge planning processes for inpatient or community-based care settings Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to transforming lives through expert physiotherapy.
