Essential Job Functions Conduct evaluations including strength, range of motion, balance, coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration and motor function. Develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and modalities. Modify treatment plans based on patient progress. Educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices. Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes and discharge summaries. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team. Participate in quality improvement and safety activities.

Experience, Training & Education:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Hospital, orthopedic or rehabilitation experience preferred Current North Carolina Physical Therapist License; BLS required Strong communication, clinical reasoning, documentation and customer service skills Our employees are critical to our success and we value their contributions.
