Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to establish a personalized care plan. Implement treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities as needed. Evaluate and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and wellness. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy. Required Skills Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and neurological disorders.
