Responsibilities:
Conduct new patient evaluations and exams. Diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with goals and timelines. Provide PT interventions, techniques, HEP's, and track patient progress. Educate patients on continuing care techniques.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited PT program. Current PT license in NC. Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans is a plus but not required. Strong independent work ethic while also contributing to a collaborative environment. Passion for helping patients with variety of debilitating conditions. 1+ year(s) of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience is a plus. Self-motivated and willing to learn.
