Key Responsibilities Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina (or eligible) Strong clinical and communication skills Commitment to delivering high-quality care Outpatient experience preferred but not required COTA
