Key Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license, with school-based PT experience preferred Experience providing physical therapy services to children and adolescents Comfortable in both onsite and virtual (VOCO) service delivery Ability to conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and document progress Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working within multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with IEP processesincluding attending/leading meetings and supporting compliance with IDEA regulations Skilled in balancing direct therapy (1 hour) and indirect service (0.5 hour) ratios per caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver assessments and direct therapy to students in grades K-12 Conduct consultative services for teachers and school staff Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student progress Collaborate with special education and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school guidelines Adapt therapy interventions for virtual and onsite environments as needed
