• 94,000/year We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate patients and provide individualized physical therapy treatment programs designed to improve physical function, reduce pain, restore mobility, and prevent physical dysfunction. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients and perform initial and ongoing assessments
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals
• Perform medically prescribed physical therapy treatments
• Provide therapeutic interventions using appropriate PT techniques
• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy, and rehabilitation
• Supervise and direct physical therapy assistants, aides, students, and support personnel
• Assess staff competency and appropriately delegate treatment tasks
• Apply physical agents and therapeutic equipment as appropriate
• Evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices and recommend modifications
• Document patient goals, anticipated progress, treatment, and reevaluation plans Requirements
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license required
• Current BLS certification , or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire CA02

Pay:

$90,000.00
