$90,000 - $94,000 per year Job Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide quality physical therapy services to patients in Wilson, NC. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, and monitor progress to help patients improve or restore physical function. Responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments. Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals. Provide physical therapy treatments using appropriate techniques and equipment. Help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, rehabilitation, and restorative therapy. Monitor patient progress and document treatment, goals, and expected outcomes. Evaluate and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices and recommend modifications when needed. Supervise and direct Physical Therapy Assistants, students, aides, and other support staff. Delegate appropriate tasks and maintain effective communication with the therapy team. Use physical therapy modalities and equipment as appropriate for the patient's condition and age. Requirements Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of hire. Strong communication, patientcare, and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
